I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and a life coach, whose main practice and focus is in Mind Body Therapy.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern approach to therapy, which has proved to be a powerful way of helping people overcome their problems.
It can help with a wide range of issues including:

- habits and addictions

As a life coach my aim is to help and empower you to make, meet and exceed your goals.
I consider the whole person sensitively; all of your expressions, including your thoughts, emotions and experiences are considered as vital in their influence on your road to wellbeing.
We will work together to make long lasting and effective changes to your life and you may be surprised how quickly you can start to feel better as you let go of the thoughts, patterns and habits that have been holding you back.
We are all unique in the way we perceive and experience the world and therefore treatment is tailor made, for you as an individual to ensure you can overcome any limitation in the most effective, quickest way possible in order to begin to live the life you want.
I am a fully qualified, Quest trained and registered Cognitive Hypnotherapist, a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists, and am registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
